All designs, software, and technologies provided by Lets.Engineer as part of the service are owned by Lets.Engineer or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their domain name, social media accounts, and any content or data they provide. Use of Lets.Engineer's services does not grant clients any intellectual property rights in or to the services or the content accessed through them, other than the right to use said services as per these Terms.

3. Usage & Rights

1.1) Clients are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations in their use of Lets.Engineer's services.

1.2) Lets.Engineer grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the products developed specifically for them, such as websites and apps, subject to these Terms.

4. Payment

Payment for Lets.Engineer services is due as agreed upon in the service contract or proposal. Refunds may be available prior to the launch of a website or app, under conditions specified in the contract. Once services are launched, no refunds will be issued.

Clients may terminate their subscription at any time. Upon termination, the provided service (website or app) will no longer be hosted by Lets.Engineer and will be taken offline.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lets.Engineer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the services or any interaction with Lets.Engineer.

7. Modifications to Terms

Lets.Engineer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
